Frequently asked
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One fixed fare covers the whole car based on its passenger and luggage capacity — you're never charged per head.
How is my fare calculated?
By route and trip type, not by a running meter. For airport transfers it's the zone fare above; for hourly hire it's the hourly rate × hours. We quote the full figure before you confirm.
When and how do I pay?
After the ride. There's no online payment — bookings are inquiries we confirm by phone, email or WhatsApp. You can settle by cash, M-Pesa or bank transfer.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically. You also get 60 minutes of free waiting time, so a normal delay costs you nothing.
Do you charge extra at night?
Only a small, clearly-stated late-night surcharge of KES 500–KES 1,000 for pickups between 23:00-05:00. No hidden surge pricing.
Can I book a return or multi-stop trip?
Yes. Tell us the full plan and we'll quote a single fixed fare for the whole journey, including any stops or waiting time.
