1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CrestDrive Nairobi (crestdrivenairobi.co.ke). By booking our private chauffeur services, airport transfers, or vehicle rentals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone are subject to availability and confirmation. Fixed pricing is pre-agreed prior to dispatch. Payments can be settled securely online via Paystack (M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard) or directly upon arrival as agreed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may be subject to a nominal dispatch fee.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety

Our professional driver-guides prioritize safety and compliance with Kenyan traffic regulations. CrestDrive reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting unruly, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
